In the green heart of Valganna, just a few steps from Lake Ghirla, The Window to the Sky is a charming 45 m² attic apartment with a spectacular view of the Prealps and free public parking.

It is located just 20 minutes from Lake Maggiore, 15 minutes from Varese, and the same distance from Switzerland—a perfect crossroads for exploring the entire region.

Equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi and heating, it is ideal for couples, friends or families (cot and highchair available), as well as for anyone who loves nature, sports, culture and good food.

☀️ THE APARTMENT

– THE BEDS –
The queen-size bed (160 x 200) is located on the second floor in the attic, right under the window that gives the apartment its name—perfect for relaxing while watching the stars before falling asleep. 😉
The double sofa bed (140 x 200) is located in the first-floor living room, offering a comfortable additional space for guests.

– THE KITCHENETTE –
On the first floor you’ll find a cosy, fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing and enjoying your favourite meals just like at home. Pots, cutlery, glasses, cups, a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a 2-burner gas stove are all ready to use, along with many other essentials to make every meal a pleasure during your stay.

– THE BATHROOM –
Also on the first floor, the bathroom features a shower and bidet. You will have complimentary access to a hairdryer, shampoo, soap, toilet paper and a selection of other personal care products, for an even more comfortable stay.

The first floor also includes a welcoming DINING AREA for enjoying your meals, and the LIVING SPACE, where you’ll find books, tourist information, and games for children and adults—perfect for moments of relaxation or family fun.

In the ATTIC, in addition to the bed (with wooden slats and a memory-foam mattress for a regenerating sleep), you’ll find a wardrobe, folding table, chest of drawers, iron and ironing board.

I love welcoming my guests personally, but if needed—on your side or mine—a self check-in option is available via key-box.

☀️ PARKING
Around the apartment, you will find several FREE PUBLIC PARKING areas. There is always space available.

☀️ HOUSE RULES

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. However, you will find a designated smoking corner on the landing balcony, with a stunning view of the Alps!

• Please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM out of respect for the neighbours.

• Only the guests included in the booking are allowed inside the apartment.

• Pets are welcome if small or medium-sized. Otherwise, please contact us in advance.
